When the prestigious IIT Delhi approached Jai Veeru Creatives for their Abu Dhabi campus launch, the stakes couldn’t have been higher. The event, scheduled for 2nd September 2024, was graced by His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and other esteemed dignitaries. The task? Create a compelling launch video within a tight deadline of just 5 days.
This project wasn’t just another milestone—it was a challenge that demanded meticulous execution, round-the-clock dedication, and creativity under pressure. Jai Veeru Creatives accepted the challenge head-on.
The Challenge
The campus itself was no ordinary location—it was a sprawling, state-of-the-art academic hub, almost a city in its own right. Our task was to showcase its essence, from futuristic labs and students in action to the brilliance of its architecture and faculty, all within the tight timeframe.
Strategy
Our approach combined both awareness and lead-generation campaigns, using a multi-channel digital marketing strategy to maximize reach and engagement.
Adding to the complexity:
- Time Constraint: Only 5 days to plan, shoot, edit, and deliver a polished launch video.

Campus Shoot

The shoot wrapped up in just 3 days, thanks to meticulous planning and a hardworking crew.
Voiceover Excellence
- To elevate the storytelling, we engaged a renowned voice artist to narrate the video, ensuring it resonated with the dignitaries and captured the gravitas of the occasion.
Post-Production Hustle
- With the raw footage in hand, our editing team worked tirelessly, often burning the midnight oil to ensure the video met our high standards.

Final Delivery
