Marco Aldany, a premium European salon brand with a global presence, faced the challenge of establishing its master franchise in Delhi while staying true to its identity. We addressed this by developing a design and communication approach that blended European sophistication with Indian cultural relevance.
Our work spanned digital and on-ground touchpoints, including social media, print collateral, salon menus, and in-store branding. The result was a cohesive brand experience that improved local connect and supported the franchise’s early-stage growth in a competitive market.
