Refund and Cancellation policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services booked through our platform.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if raised within 5 days of placing the order AND before the work has been initiated.
- Once the service is confirmed, scheduled, or work has been initiated, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be applicable, under any circumstances.
- This applies to all creative, or service-based work including design, production, marketing, consulting, or related services.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once work has been initiated, irrespective of the stage of completion. Refunds may be considered only in cases where:
- The service could not be initiated or delivered due to reasons solely attributable to us
- The request is raised within 5 days of the scheduled service date.
All such requests are subject to internal review and approval. Non-Refundable Cases
- Services where work has been initiated or partially/completely executed
- Customised or personalised services
- Change of mind after confirmation
- Delays or issues caused due to incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information from the client
Refund Processing Time If a refund is approved (only in applicable cases), it will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original mode of payment.
