UTSA RYU 2026

UTSA RYU 2026

Bringing a Bollywood-inspired creative vision to life through event branding, digital communication, and on-ground experiences for the travel community.

Turning a Bollywood Theme into an Experience

11–13 September 2026 | Guwahati, Assam

Another year. Another UTSA event.
But this time, the brief came with a little more drama.

For RYU 2026, UTSA brought its travel fraternity together in Guwahati, Assam, with a theme inspired by the world of Bollywood.

The challenge for us was simple on paper:
How do you take a theme people instantly recognise and turn it into an event identity that feels fresh, cohesive and unmistakably UTSA?

THE IDEA

Bollywood is more than films.

It is colour.
Characters.
Drama.
Celebration.
Big entrances.
Big moments.

So instead of treating Bollywood as a decorative theme, we used it as the creative language for the entire event.

From the first social media announcement to the physical experience at the venue, every touchpoint was designed to feel like part of the same story.

WHAT WE CREATED

JV worked across the complete event branding ecosystem, including:

  • Event posters
  • Social media creatives
  • Entrance gate designs
  • Standees
  • Flyers
  • Presentation decks
  • On-ground event communication
  • Supporting visual assets
  • Welcome Backdrop
  • Welcome backdrop mockup
  • Registration Desk Dark
  • Registration Desk side panel
  • Registration Backdrop
  • Registration Desk light
  • Tea testing backdrop
  • Podium
  • Bollywood Night Entrance Arch
  • Hawaiian Night Entrance Arch
  • Uniglobe power of 1
  • Bollywood Bar
  • Bollywood Photo Booth
  • Hawaiian Bar
  • Hawaiian Photo Booth
  • Amadeus Wall
  • Media byte
  • Media Cube: Amadeus
  • Cube: TATA AIG
  • Cube: SA
  • Cube: JV Partners
  • Cube: Thai
  • Cube: Asego
  • Cube: Cathay
  • Cube: VA
  • Cube:Win Yatra
  • Cube: TripJack
  • Cube: Iween & Trip Gain
  • Cube: AI & AIX
The objective was to make sure the event didn’t feel like a collection of individual designs.

It felt like one big production.

FROM SCREEN TO VENUE

The digital communication created anticipation before the event.

The physical branding then carried that same visual language into the venue, creating continuity between what attendees saw online and what they experienced in person.

From the entrance gate that set the first impression to standees, flyers and presentation decks that carried the identity throughout the event, every asset played a role in building the RYU 2026 world.

AND THEN CAME THE STAR POWER

RYU 2026 brought together a line-up of notable personalities and industry voices, including Adil Hussain, Ritika Modi, Anshul Gupta, and many more.

With personalities, performances, networking and celebrations coming together under one roof, the visual identity had to keep pace with the scale of the event.

THE RESULT

A Bollywood-themed event shouldn’t just look like Bollywood.

It should feel like an occasion.

For RYU 2026, JV built a visual system that carried the theme across digital, print, presentations and the physical venue, helping transform a three-day UTSA gathering into a more immersive brand experience.

One event.
Multiple touchpoints.
One unmistakable visual story.

JV × UTSA

From event strategy and creative direction to the smallest communication touchpoint, we helped bring RYU 2026 to life in Guwahati.

Because when the event is this big, the branding shouldn’t just decorate the room.

It should set the stage.
