The week began on a delightful note with what we called a “nightingale’s morning.” During the Monday huddle, everyone had to sing Saiyaan, Saiyaaaann in their own style. From Kajal’s dramatic rendition to Salman’s comical twist, the room was filled with laughter and applause. The grand finale was a duet by Salman and Kajal, with Kajal’s high notes and Salman’s hilarious backup vocals earning a standing ovation. “Bas, ab toh office ka talent show shuru ho gaya hai!” joked Anoop as everyone settled into their tasks with lighter hearts and bigger smiles.

The energy carried through the week as the team tackled client projects and brainstorming sessions. Ranjini ensured the focus remained on delivering quality while keeping the spirits high. Kajal and Aniket worked diligently on campaign concepts, while Salman and Sheetal managed the execution with their signature flair. “Yeh wala design toh client ko pakka pasand aayega!” Salman said confidently, showing off the final version of a social media post. By midweek, the deadlines were on track, and the team was all set to wrap things up smoothly.

The real fun began as the weekend approached. Ranjini surprised everyone with a casual jamming session on Friday evening. There were no instruments – just voices and lots of laughter. Kajal’s dramatic singing took center stage again, with Aamir chiming in with his comedic twists on the lyrics. Salman surprised everyone by hitting some perfect notes, leaving Anoop to joke, “Salman ji, aap toh secret singer nikle!”

After the impromptu karaoke session, Ranjini gathered everyone for a special brainstorming exercise. She asked, “If you could start any business, what would it be and why?” The answers were as creative as they were entertaining. Sheetal shared her dream of running a cozy bookstore café, “Books aur chai, dono ka pyaar yahan milega,” while Aniket talked about opening a gaming lounge. Salman, of course, proposed a karaoke club, saying, “Yahan sabko gaana toh milega, bas sur ki chinta mat karo!” The session turned into a mix of big dreams and endless laughter.

Just when everyone thought the surprises were over, Ranjini dropped the biggest news of all. With a smile, she announced, “We’re planning a trip for the entire team soon!” The room erupted with cheers and excitement. Salman immediately asked, “Kya yeh Goa hoga? Ya phir mountains?” While Ranjini kept the destination a secret, the promise of a team adventure had everyone buzzing with anticipation.
