The week kicked off with excitement as the team returned from their holiday break, ready to welcome the new year in style. The office was abuzz with stories of New Year’s Eve celebrations, resolutions, and plenty of laughter. Kajal declared, “New year, new me – but chai breaks toh wahi rahenge!” setting the tone for the cheerful vibe.

The highlight of the week, of course, was JV’s New Year celebration on Wednesday. The office was transformed into a festive haven with fairy lights, streamers, and a giant “Welcome 2025” banner. The team came dressed in their finest party wear, ready to ring in the year with enthusiasm. Ranjini kicked things off with a toast, sharing her hopes for the team in 2025: “May this year bring us bigger challenges and even bigger successes – because that’s what JV is all about!”

The celebration featured a series of fun activities, starting with a memory jar where everyone wrote down their favorite JV moments from 2024. Salman’s entry – “The time Bhumika did planks during Dumb Charades!” – had the room roaring with laughter. This was followed by a New Year quiz, where Sheetal and Aniket teamed up to win with their hilarious yet oddly accurate answers about JV’s quirky traditions.

The biggest surprise came when Ranjini revealed the New Year Goodie Bags – personalized for each team member. From books to planners, and even quirky desk decor, each gift had a personal touch that brought smiles to everyone’s faces. Shreya, joining virtually, opened her package on camera, saying, “JV knows how to make even a remote employee feel special!”

The evening ended with a karaoke showdown that had everyone showcasing their vocal (and comedic) skills. Salman and Anoop’s duet of “Yeh Dosti” became the unofficial anthem of the night, while Kajal stole the spotlight with her soulful rendition of “Kal Ho Naa Ho.”

As the week wrapped up, the team gathered for one final moment to write their collective goals for 2025 on a large poster titled “JV’s Vision Board.” Ranjini summed it up perfectly: “The best part about JV isn’t just the work we do, but the people we do it with. Let’s make 2025 our best year yet!”
