The mix of creativity, humour, and a little bit of madness has made this week at JVC nothing short of entertaining. It all started with every team member presenting their unique marketing ideas during a lively brainstorming session.  The energy in the room was infectious, and it was exciting to see so many different perspectives coming together.

Later this week, Arun’s caricatures of all the employees piqued the curiosity of everyone . People were more interested in each other’s caricatures instead of their own work. Some adored theirs, some didn’t, but the laughter that followed was universal. Watching everyone chuckle together was very wholesome.

Towards the end of the week, the skies opened up with the heaviest rainfall I’ve ever seen, sparing no one, making everyone late and soaking wet. The ones most affected were Kajal, Ayush, and Madhur, who battled the downpour for hours to reach the office — their dedication deserves full props

Between all this, we shot a reel with Director Ayush and his AD Madhur exploring a fun question: “What kind of freedom do you enjoy while working in a creative agency?” The answers got more amusing as the shoot went on — from “We can eat whenever we want” to “Scroll through reels in the name of research” and the manager’s answer  was a raised eyebrow to these so-called freedom fighters.

Overall, it’s been a week full of creativity, humour, and enthusiasm From brainstorming ideas to battling the rain and laughing at caricatures, the energy at JVC never stops. This week reminded me that work can be serious and fun at the same time, and that a little chaos often makes the best memories.
