New Year. New Energy.

Hello everyone, Sambha here. Happy New Year! I know I’m a week late, but I’m just operating on ‘Delhi Fog’ standard time.

We welcomed 2026 the JV way—with fresh energy and one simple rule: play first, work later. Cheers all around, games in motion, and suddenly the office felt less like a workplace and more like a board game in progress.

So The game is simple, everyone has to match the exact right-hand or left-hand pattern shown on the sheet. One wrong move and you were out—some exited early, while others figured it out in just a few attempts. Different approaches, same challenge, one team playing together.

Now let me take you back a few weeks, to a time when life at JV was peaceful… until UNO happened.

Lunch, evening, and even chai breaks were completely taken over by UNO. Everyone got pulled in—including Ranjini after the classic “bas ek game” lie—and soon even Naresh and Aamir were playing like pros. Skills unlocked: UNO edition.

As the New Year hangover finally left the building, everyone returned with fresh minds. Shabnam and Anoop’s long leaves came to an end, and then—surprise, surprise—Venkat walked in, instantly boosting the office energy.

New introductions followed, new faces joined, and Mohit officially became part of the graphic team. Suddenly, the entire office was charged up to work on SRIAS. Motivation level? Full power.

And then came the moment.

Venkat looked at Ranjini and said, laughing: “Ranjini, mujhe Salman kab milega? Yeh mera kaam kabhi karta hi nahi. Main iski salary kaat dunga!”

Ha! Ha! Ha! Salman responded with a legendary side-look. Salary: still safe.

Delhi winters hit hard—5°C, yellow alert, full winter mode on. Heater demand peaked, Shabnam arrived late as usual, and Kajal made it very clear that winter and she are not friends. At all.

Meanwhile, Jiko switched to full audit mode and dropped a serious challenge on the team:
Create Lohri and Pongal concepts for JV social media.

Conditions? No shoot. No video editing. Only pure ideas and smart prompting. Brains worked. Coffee flowed. Research mode switched ON.

Ideas started flying in—all concept-driven, all imagination-powered. Just when everyone was in full creative zone, Wi-Fi decided to go offline. Then—game chalu. And speaking of surprises, Shreya (Venkat’s daughter) dropped in at the office, instantly becoming the sweetest break in the middle of all the chaos.

Just when things started settling, Ranjini came in with one more announcement—a seat change. The idea? Move teams closer to their working projects, shake things up, and gently push everyone out of their comfort zones. New seats, new neighbours, new energy.

And with that, another week of games, creativity, chaos, and classic JV moments comes to an end.

Meet you next week—with new ideas and probably new drama.
For now, Sambha signing off. ❄️🃏
