Branding agency in New Delhi

Angles, Ideas & Unlimited Momos

This week at JV was the perfect mix of creative chaos, endless food breaks, random wisdom sessions, photo madness, and teamwork that somehow runs on chai, fries, and deadlines. It all started with the JV About Page photoshoot, where every employee had to pose with eight side angles—because apparently, one face is just not enough in a creative agency. What followed was a mix of model energy, confusion, and people silently questioning, “Which side of my face is actually professional?”

Of course, the holy trio—momos, fries, and cold drinks—continued to be the real backbone of the company, turning every snack break into a “brainstorming session” (whether ideas were actually brainstormed is still debatable). Meanwhile, Ranjini came in with her Jai Veeru and Thakur concept and asked everyone to pitch ideas. And just like that, ideas started flying—some emotional, some funny, and some ready to become a full cinematic universe. Not every idea made the cut (because… reality), but the discussion itself was pure entertainment.

In between all this, Kajal stepped into her unofficial professor role yet again, giving a masterclass on the difference between marketing and branding—because at JV, learning is not optional. On the work front, Anoop was busy guiding Sheetal and Sumit on the Sankalp Bharat report and creatives, while Rohit stayed consistent with his never-ending SRIAS work—some things at JV are just permanent.

Amid all the chaos, Anjali was doing what she does best—capturing every candid moment, like the office’s official memory keeper. Charu was focused on fixing the WAZA Studio website, while Rahul stayed true to his personality by continuing his favorite side quest: annoying Charu for absolutely no reason. Then came an ice cream party (thanks to Rahul and Sumit), followed by kulfi—because clearly, one dessert celebration in a week is not enough here.

Just when things couldn’t get more chaotic, Rahul took responsibility again and organized a Cup Balls and Balloons game. webp first game had everyone inflating balloons and using them to collect cups—sounds simple, but turned into a full comedy show. The second game was all about throwing balls into cups—accuracy was questionable, but confidence was at an all-time high.

And then came the best plot twist—rainy weather. And let’s be honest, if it’s raining and there’s no chai party, are you even in an Indian office? So chai happened, and in a truly iconic moment, Charu gave Karan a full tea-making training session—skills were learned, legacy was passed on. Add another Sankalp meeting and, of course, more momos, fries, and cold drinks, and you’ve got the ultimate JV formula.

All in all, it was a completely “normal” week at Jai Veeru Creatives—where work somehow fits in between food, fun, chaos, and nonstop memories.

Sambha signing off.
