Well, we came down from the hills of Tehri… but mentally, half the team is still sipping chai by the mountains.

Monday morning at the office felt like landing on Earth after orbit. Eyes were puffy, backs were broken, and hearts? Still somewhere near that bonfire. There was a moment of silence in the huddle—not for productivity, but to mourn the end of unlimited thalis and travel playlists.

But this is Jai Veeru Creatives. We don’t just return from a trip.
We bounce back—with a little drama, a lot of snacks, and fun that refuses to fade.

So, to fight the post-trip “uff I miss pahadi air” syndrome, we did what we do best—turned the office into a playground.

Mid-week, the team surprised itself with a Reverse Roleplay Challenge (because clearly, the trip wasn’t dramatic enough). Managers became interns, designers became clients, and Kajal finally got to say “Please stick to the deadline” like a proper project head. It was chaos. It was iconic. And yes, it was filmed. 🎥

Ranjini came through with a surprise JV Game Hour, featuring ‘Guess That Tehri Moment,’ ‘Who Snored the Loudest?’ and the ever-popular ‘Pass the Energy Ball’ that ended with a knocked-over chai cup and uncontrolled laughter.

And guess what? The work still happened.

Brainstorms lit up like firecrackers (Trip hangovers apparently fuel great ideas).
Campaign pitches got sharper.
Content plans got cleaner.
And somewhere between coffee #4 and doodle #19, actual magic was created.

Because at JV, the post-vacation glow doesn’t fade. It gets channelled into deadlines, designs, and dance-offs between slideshows.

The mountains may be behind us, but the energy?
