The week started with a plot twist no one asked for. Sambha (yes, me) walked into the office and—surprise—total silence. No Jiko, no Ranjini, no Kajal, no Mohit. The office felt less like a workplace and more like a meditation retreat. Everyone was technically working, but the energy? Missing in action.
Just when the silence got uncomfortable, Ranjini and Jiko made their grand entry, instantly switching the office from mute to normal mode. The first question echoed through the room:
“So, how’s work going?”
And boom—Monday officially kicked in. Screens lit up, discussions flowed, and the office found its rhythm again.

Cut to the next morning, and the weather decided to steal the spotlight. A rainy morning meant most of us arrived in Late Latif mode. But rain has its own charm, especially when Charu took the initiative to cook noodles for everyone. Rain outside, hot noodles inside—instant happiness unlocked. The day started on a warm and cheerful note.
Soon after, Jiko stepped in with a quick work review. A short huddle, a few updates, and suddenly everyone was back in full-on work mode.

Then came the real highlight—activity mode ON! A Squid Game–style “Mingle” challenge had everyone scrambling to form groups based on numbers announced by Sheetal.
Round 1 winners: Rahul and Mohit.
Round 2 winners: Aamir and Anoop.

The celebration was mandatory, obviously—burgers for everyone. The post-lunch scene was filled with laughter, easy conversations, and relaxed vibes that reminded us why office days matter.
Because when work comes with teamwork, a little rain, shared noodles, friendly competition, and burgers on the side, it never really feels like work.
And just like that, the week wrapped up on a happy note—screens closed, smiles packed, and energy restored.
Until next week, JV Diaries… let’s see what plot twist you bring next. 😄
