The week kicked off with a cheerful huddle as the team recovered from their fabulous Annual Bash. Kajal joked, “My feet are still dancing, and my mind is still at the party!” Aniket added, “And my camera roll is still full of those group clicks!” The vibe was lighthearted as everyone shared their favorite moments from the bash, but the week ahead promised plenty of excitement and hard work.
The first surprise came when Venkat made an unexpected visit to the office. As soon as he walked in, Salman exclaimed, “Venkat Sir!” Venkat didn’t come empty-handed; he brought along a box of treats and delivered a heartfelt speech. “This team has made every challenge worth it. Thank you for being the backbone of JV,” he said, earning a big round of applause from everyone.
Midweek, the Christmas cheer took over as the team gathered around to decorate the office Christmas tree. Ornaments, fairy lights, and ribbons transformed the space into a winter wonderland. But the highlight of the day was the Secret Santa gift exchange. When the time came to reveal the Santas, the room filled with laughter and surprise. Kajal’s face lit up when she unwrapped her gift to find a sleek pair of earbuds from Anoop. “Now I can officially ignore Salman during chai breaks!” she teased, making everyone burst into laughter. Salman, in turn, was delighted to receive a stylish water bottle from Aniket. “Bas, hydration goals set!” he declared, showing off his gift.
Amidst the celebrations, the team worked tirelessly on multiple ongoing projects, juggling deadlines with their signature dedication. Shreya, working remotely, impressed everyone with her timely updates and suggestions, earning a virtual shoutout from Ranjini during one of the brainstorming sessions. “Shreya, you’ve blended into the JV team seamlessly!” she said, making Shreya’s day.
As Friday rolled around, the mix of festivities and productivity left everyone in high spirits. Ranjini ended the week with a few words of appreciation: “This week proves that even with tight deadlines, we know how to keep the festive spirit alive. That’s what makes JV so special.”
