The week started on a high note as the JV family grew with the addition of two new members in the development team. The Monday huddle kicked off with introductions, and Manish, their senior, gave them a warm and heartfelt welcome speech. “Welcome to the JV family,” he said, smiling at the new recruits. “We believe in teamwork, creativity, and a little bit of madness, so get ready for an exciting journey!” His words set the tone, and the room erupted with claps and cheers for the new members. Kajal, always the entertainer, added, “Aur don’t worry, hum sab hain – questions poochhne ke liye aur chai pilane ke liye!” making everyone laugh.

As the week unfolded, the new developers jumped right in, getting to know the processes, tools, and, of course, the quirks of their teammates. Aniket and Salman took it upon themselves to show the newbies how things worked around here – with a side of humor, of course. “Client deadlines are serious, but coffee breaks? Mandatory!” joked Salman, earning nods of agreement from the team.

Meanwhile, the rest of the office was buzzing with activity. Kajal and Sheetal worked tirelessly on finalizing creative pitches for an upcoming campaign, while Anoop and Manish led brainstorming sessions for a new web design project. The new members shadowed Manish during client meetings, gaining valuable insights. At one point, Kajal, noticing their slightly nervous expressions, reassured them with a smile, “Don’t worry, sab first week mein aise hi lagta hai.”

Midweek, Ranjini called for a team check-in to ensure everyone was aligned with project goals. During the meeting, she praised the team for their seamless onboarding process for the new recruits. “You’ve all done a fantastic job making them feel welcome and part of the team,” she said, her words met with a round of applause for Manish and the rest of the development team.

By Friday, the new members were already settling in, participating in discussions, and even cracking a few jokes during chai breaks. Salman couldn’t resist teasing one of them, saying, “Lagta hai JV ke masti vibes lag chuke hain tumhe!” The camaraderie was already building, and it was clear they were becoming part of the JV family.

As the week wrapped up, the team gathered for a casual Friday huddle, where Ranjini shared updates on upcoming projects and teased a surprise for next week. “Stay tuned, team. We have something exciting coming up!” she said with a knowing smile. Aniket, always curious, asked, “Trip details, Ranjini ma’am?” but she remained tight-lipped, leaving everyone guessing.
