Hey friends! Hope you’re all having a great time this festive season, cause your favorite CCTV camera, Sambha, surely is, recording the JVC’s antics.

This week, Kajal implemented a new learning system where she gave each of her team members a new topic to learn and teach to the rest of the team. Firstly, Naresh taught digital marketing frameworks and gave assignments; then it was Madhur who taught the digital marketing channels, and finally, Anjali taught the team about the key metrics and KPIs. At the end of each session, Kajal gave assignments and case studies to study to all the team members so that they could revise the content and understand how to use them practically. By the way, the session was reported by my partner-in-crime, Kalia, from the reception area. He got very overwhelmed with all the marketing terms flung around, but he was able to detect how beneficial the knowledge transfer was. Some of the team members even started discussing the topics outside the sessions, sharing their own experiences and ideas, which made the learning process even more interactive and fun.

The week was also dominated by BGMI fever, which took over the office atmosphere completely. Almost everyone formed squads, strategizing, competing, and celebrating chicken dinners together during their break times. The teamwork in the game even spilled over into casual conversations, making the office more lively and competitive than usual.
There was also an unexpected rain this week, after which the weather became cooler, perhaps marking the beginning of winter. And if the rains weren’t enough, ants took over the office. An army of tiny ants invaded the office, but the team prevailed with the help of quick thinking and Laxman Rekha(insecticide).
Another highlight of the week was creating a rap for Sankalp Bharat using AI. To test the AI tool, they made a rap about Salman, which was both funny and freaky. The week ended with Karwachauth. Charu was on a fast; Naresh didn’t, even though everyone insisted, but he didn’t succumb to it. Overall, the mix of learning, gaming, unexpected challenges, and celebrations made the week really fun and memorable for the team.
