After the weekend, everyone entered the office like contestants returning from a reality show. Some proudly announced they had completed their “sleep targets,” some went shopping and were pretending their bank balance was fine, and some attended weddings strictly for “blessings” (and unlimited starters). The vibe was energetic, suspiciously positive for a Monday.
Then Ranjini dropped the question of the week: “What’s everyone’s Valentine’s plan?” Before people could give cute answers, she added that if anyone was single, they were most welcome to come to the office — because print ka bohot kaam hai. Suddenly, every single person discovered they had urgent outdoor plans. Salman confidently declared he would be going to “MKT.” The office froze. MKT? Maldives Ka Ticket? Secret romantic café? Within seconds, Ranjini decoded it — “Oh… Majnu Ka Tila!” And that’s when the laughter officially clocked in.
Sheetal, Salman, Amir, and Anoop were in full work mode for an upcoming client event, completely focused despite all the Valentine’s chatter around them. While the world discussed outfits and dinner reservations, this team discussed timelines and deliverables. Kajal’s frustration mode was activated, courtesy of ever-changing client priorities and shifting deadlines. At the same time,Charu and Rahul were simultaneously handling another crucial website development deadline, seamlessly balancing codes and creatives like true multitasking champions. True love? Client satisfaction.

In between all the serious typing and creative thinking, the office suddenly turned into a sports arena with a cup balancing game.
Teams of five were formed, and the competition felt like an Olympic final. Anoop, Rahul, Sheetal, Anjali, and Charu’s team won two rounds and celebrated like champions. In the final moment, cups werebalanced on Rahul, suspense was high, and the game ended in a tie — because obviously, JV believes in equal opportunity drama.
Meanwhile, breaking news arrived: Anoop has upgraded. Now he won’t just do the work — he’ll get it done. Every creative must pass through Anoop ➝ Jiko ➝ Ranjini ➝ then the client. Basically, the VIP approval chain is officially activated.
And just like that, fun mode switched to deadline mode. Because at JV, we don’t just work hard — we laugh harder and still deliver on time.
