Hello. Sambha here.
Your favourite silent observer. The one mounted quietly, blinking occasionally, judging always. While you all walked in thinking it was just another workweek, I was already recording the chaos loading.

The week began just as everyone had finally settled into work mode—when Ranjini suddenly asked, ‘So… where’s today’s activity?’ That one question sent Naresh, Sheetal, and Rahul into instant activity-search mode. And before the brainstorming could go any further, Ranjini took charge and launched the evergreen classic: Simon Says. That’s when Ranjini stepped in like a true JV saviour and dropped the magic words: Simon Says. No planning, no prep, and definitely no warm-up—just instant chaos and full-team participation. Rules were explained, misunderstood, and re-explained (some confusion was clearly part of the game). Three rounds later, Salman proved that listening is a rare but powerful skill by winning two rounds, while Charu smartly claimed one with lightning-fast reflexes. The rest of the team walked away with a valuable lesson: never underestimate Simon… or your own delayed reactions.
Midweek, I zoomed into festive mode. Lohri arrived quietly but warmly, with gudpatti and moongfali making their rounds. Conversations slowed, smiles increased, and work somehow felt lighter. Soon after came Makar Sankranti, and this time the celebration level upgraded. Everyone brought pakode and pakwan from home, turning the office into a full-on snack parade. I saw plates refilled, diets forgotten, and productivity happily paused.

Then came a slightly emotional frame. Venkat sir said goodbye, wishing everyone well and ending with a hopeful, “Meet you next year.” Simple words, but enough to pause the noise for a moment and reflect on the journeys shared.

Just when energy levels felt comfortable, the week decided to test everyone with a cardio game: Park 3 Bottle to Win. From the sidelines, I witnessed determination, confusion, speed, and sudden awareness of breathing patterns. Every round got tougher, and by the end, Rahul, Anoop, Shabnam, and Mohit emerged as winners, with Rahul taking the final round. Everyone else walked away with something equally valuable—a reality check on stamina.
If I had to sum this week up in one frame: games that never get old and festivals that brought everyone together. Another classic JV week—recorded, archived, and saved for future blackmail (just kidding… maybe).
Until next week, smile—because Sambha is always watching.
