No Script. Just Plot Twists.

Hey, Sambha here.

Your unofficial office CCTV. Watching everything. Recording deadlines, gossip, client calls, random food breaks… and enough office drama to keep a daily soap running for years.

This week started with something unusual.

Charu Mam was on leave for two days.

Now, normally that’s just another leave application.

But from my camera angle?

It felt like one half of a famous duo had gone missing.

And poor Kajal…

She was physically present in the office, but mentally looked like someone had accidentally switched her to airplane mode. The office was functioning, meetings were happening, work was moving… but the usual Charu-Kajal commentary track was noticeably absent.

Silence.

A rare phenomenon.

While one familiar face was missing, another new one entered the story.

Welcome to the office, Shree Tyagi, our newest intern.

Before she could even settle into her chair, Jiko and Ranjini gave her the official Jai v\Veeru starter pack.

Be on time.
Take ownership.
Be professional.
And remember… excuses don’t have much shelf life here.

Safe to say, orientation was less “Welcome aboard” and more “Welcome to the real world.”

Meanwhile, the weather was having an identity crisis.

One minute bright sunshine.

The next minute heavy rain.

It was giving full “Kabhi dhoop, kabhi chhaon” energy… except even the sky looked confused about which scene it was shooting.

Inside the office, however, the spotlight belonged to just one client.

Tressez.

Ideas came in.

Ideas got rejected.

Ideas came back with better haircuts.

Then they got questioned again.

Some survived.
Some didn’t.

But that’s the funny thing about good creative.

The best ideas usually don’t arrive first.

They survive the most revisions.

Of course, no creative battle can be won on an empty stomach.

Which explains why momos, ramen, pastries, and whatever else could reach the office in under thirty minutes quietly became the week’s real support system.

Honestly, if Swiggy ever asks for brand ambassadors…

I already have nominations.

By the end of the week, one thing became pretty clear.

Offices aren’t remembered for perfect weeks.

They’re remembered for missing teammates, new beginnings, endless revisions, surprise client visits, weather that can’t make up its mind, and food orders that somehow solve problems no meeting ever can.

From the outside, this may look like another marketing agency.

But from my camera angle?

It’s a workplace where every week feels unscripted…

and somehow, the plot keeps getting better.

Until next Monday.
