Hello everyone, Sambha here — JV’s silent observer, unofficial office journalist, and full-time investigator of who’s actually working and who’s just aggressively typing “noted.”
This week at JV was the perfect mix of deadlines, teamwork, confusion, and snack-based emotional recovery.
Since it was month-end, the office suddenly transformed into a survival zone. Reports came flying back to life, deadlines started chasing people personally, and everyone mastered the art of looking calm while internally panicking.
Anjali and Kajal were fully locked into SRIAS report mode, while Anoop and Sumit disappeared deep into the Sankalp Bharat report universe — formatting, revising, fixing, re-fixing… basically turning chaos into professionalism. Rahul continued giving the JV website its much-needed glow-up, and Charu quietly handled the Eco Impact mailer in Figma with the calm energy of someone definitely carrying the team silently.
And just when productivity was reaching dangerous levels… JV remembered its true purpose.
Birthday celebrations.
This week, both Sheetal and Ranjini’s birthdays brought the office to a complete and necessary pause. Laptops closed. Chairs abandoned. Noodles arrived. Thums Up was opened like champagne. For a brief moment, deadlines no longer existed and everyone became full-time party attendees with part-time job responsibilities.
After recovering from the noodle-induced happiness, the team slowly returned to reality. Kajal jumped back into proposals and content work for Tiara and TBC like a multitasking machine, while Charu handled newsletter mailers and website updates. Meanwhile, JV videos, the 108 Peace Institute website, and Babo’s Kitchen menu kept everyone busy — and hungry.
And then came the plot twist of the week. 
Kajal casually suggested creating a Waza landing page.
The dev team smiled politely.
Internally? Complete buffering.
But somehow, like every classic JV week, everything got done — reports completed, websites updated, birthdays celebrated, and chaos professionally managed.
