Ideas,Cutouts, Events & Creativity!

Hello everyone!

Sambha here, your very own JV Journal narrator, reporting live from JV!

This week at JV has been nothing short of a full-blown Bollywood production. The only thing missing is the background music!

The first scene of the week had Sheetal and Anjali busy cutting out Bollywood actors and actresses. Sounds easy, right?

Well… “Mushkil hi nahi, namumkin hai!”

Finding the perfect standing pose for every actor and actress is not as easy as it sounds. One picture has the right face, another has the right pose, and the third one looks like it belongs in an entirely different movie!

But thankfully, we live in the age of AI.

So when the internet says, “No suitable picture found,” AI says, “Picture abhi baaki hai, mere dost!”

And honestly, with the amount of event work happening around here, everyone has been pulled into the action.

Kajal, Anoop and Sheetal, with Anjali joining in whenever she gets a chance, are completely immersed in event print work, PPTs, standees and EDMs.

Meanwhile, Jiko and Ranjini have also put their heart and soul into the Uniglobe work.

One minute it’s fixing a logo, the next it’s generating pictures with AI, and then suddenly it’s time to create another cutout.

Basically, everyone is busy doing everything!

“Hum yahan hain, yahan hain, yahan!”

In between all this madness, Anjali also managed to create Ganesh Chaturthi and Engineers’ Day creatives with Sheetal.

Because apparently, one deadline at a time is too boring for JV.

And then there’s Anoop, who is still connected to the event happening in Assam.

One minute—PNG file.

Next minute—print file.

Then another file.

At this point, I’m convinced the Assam event and JV office are practically working from the same desk!

But no matter how crazy the work gets, there is one thing that remains non-negotiable at JV…

FOOD!

Before the week ends, burgers and chowmein are practically mandatory.

Without outside food, apparently, “Kuch kuch hota hai… tum nahi samjhoge.”

And just when we thought we were only going to hear about the events, Jiko decided to give us a live video update from there.

Showing how the Jaiveeru creatives had finally been printed and turned into huge banners—and honestly, seeing the final output after all that screen-time work is a different kind of satisfaction.

Meanwhile, Ranjini has been sending pictures and giving us little glimpses of what’s happening at the events.

So technically, we may not be there…

But thanks to all these pictures and video calls, “Door rehkar bhi paas hain.”

And then came Venkat’s latest instruction:

Take lots of pictures. We need to make a case study.

Because obviously, when you already have event work, creative work, print work and deadlines…

Why not add “become the official event photographer” to the list?

But while everyone else is busy with events, Sheetal has already moved on to Sunshine Smart City, looking for fresh ideas and the latest trends.

And speaking of trends…

The internet has once again decided to take us on a time machine journey.

The latest trend?

“How did you look in the 80s?”

Because staying updated with trends is important.

Today it’s the 80s.

Tomorrow, who knows?

Maybe the 90s.

Maybe Y2K.

Maybe we’ll all be posting like it’s 2005 again.

“Change is the only constant.” And at JV, apparently, so are trends!

Anyway, that’s enough live reporting from my side.

Everyone else can continue with their event files, PPTs, standees, EDMs, cutouts, AI images, case studies and trend hunting…

I’m off to enjoy my weekend!

After all, someone has to maintain the work-life balance around here.

See you next week with another episode of JV: The Never-Ending Office Saga!

Until then, Sambha signing off.
