This week was going way too normally.

No major twist.
No office drama.
No “URGENT! Need this in 10 minutes!”

Bas kaam… kaam… aur thoda aur kaam.

Until Jiko dropped a message:

“Tomorrow, 10 AM. Everyone, let’s chit-chat.”

And obviously, in JV language, “chit-chat” means…

THE HUDDLE.

Next morning, 10 AM, everyone was ready.

Who’s working on what?
What are the deadlines?
What needs to be done first?

Everything went straight into the Team Task Tracker, with deadlines attached.

Because apparently, if it’s not on the tracker, did it even exist?

Meanwhile, Anoop and Kajal were deep into Chira Developers, juggling logo design and brochure content.

And then there was Anjali & Sheetal…

Working on a call.

Because according to them:

“How are we supposed to work without discussing every single thing?”

Sheetal was busy with the UTSA Tourism Day creative and the Modi Equestrian post. And somewhere in between, she needed creative approval from Anoop.

But asking Anoop for approval now comes with a little hesitation…

Because the man is BUSY. BUSY. BUSY.

Meanwhile, Anjali was on another approval mission — getting Manish’s go-ahead for uploading a case study.

Manish, of course, had his own battlefield going on:

Mailers. Website updates. And probably lots of tabs open at once.

And that’s basically how this week went.

Everyone in their own little work universe.

Different tasks.
Different deadlines.
Different screens.

But somehow, everyone is moving in the same direction.

And as Sambha would say…

“Kahani mein twist nahi tha… par characters apne-apne plot mein kaafi busy the.”
