The UTSA event was finally over.
And with it came that beautiful feeling every team knows — relief!
After days of event madness, deadlines, last-minute changes and “Can we get this done today?”, the office finally took a breath.
But there was no time for a long celebration because the next mission had already arrived — the UTSA Thank-You Mailer.
The event was over, but the follow-up scene had officially begun. Jiko, ranjini finally returned from Assam (UTSA event)!
Monday walked in like it owned the place.
No event chaos. No UTSA rush.
Just the good old routine — Sunshine Smart City SEO, keyword reports, creatives, website work and social media.
The keyword report was back on the table.
Creatives were back in production.
And deadlines?
Well, deadlines never actually left. 😂
Everyone was back in their usual zones, but there was a little something different in the air.
Because this week wasn’t going to end like an ordinary week.
Meet the New Client: Chira Developers! 🏗️
Amid all the Sunshine work, a new name officially entered the JV universe:
CHIRA DEVELOPERS
The name was finalised, and just like that, the new project was in motion.
The logo design was underway.
Brochure content was being worked on.
And client meetings were lined up.
New client means new brand.
New brand means new ideas.
And new ideas, as we all know, mean…
new rounds of brainstorming, revisions and “just one small change.” 😂
But that’s all part of the creative game.
And Then Came The Twist…
The week suddenly took an unexpected turn.
People were walking around saying goodbye to the office
One by one, people started saying goodbye to the office.
Not because anyone was leaving the team…
But because the office was about to become a little quieter.
Permanent Work From Home was here!
Systems were being packed.
Bags were being packed.
Desks were being cleared.
And suddenly, the office looked like the final scene of a movie where everyone is leaving for their next adventure.
There was happiness.
There was sadness.
And there was definitely one common thought:
“Wait… we’re actually taking our systems home?”
Sheetal came into the office to collect her system and take it home so she could continue working efficiently without the usual hanging, glitching or “Why is this system doing this now?” moments.
Because WFH sounds relaxing…
until the laptop decides to become the most dramatic member of the team.
The Office Left. The Work Didn’t.
Work From Home does NOT mean Work From Work-Whenever-You-Feel-Like-It.
The work continues.
The meetings continue.
The deadlines continue.
And the creative chaos?
Absolutely continues. 😂
Anoop is working on the UTSA Thank-You Mailer.
Sheetal is handling Aavishkaar work, while also managing Sunshine’s social media posts.
Anjali is busy with Sunshine website content, SEO work and animating social media creatives.
Kajal is juggling meetings and content, because apparently her calendar has decided to become a full-time job of its own.
Everyone may now be sitting in different homes…
But the team is still connected through screens, calls, messages and meetings.
Same Team. New Location.
The office may have packed up for now.
But the work has simply moved from office desks to home screens.
From:
“Good morning, office!”
to:
“Can everyone hear me?” 😂
From office chairs to home chairs.
From corridor conversations to WhatsApp messages.
From “Let’s discuss this in the meeting room”
to
“Give me two minutes, I’m joining the call.”
And somewhere between packing systems, wrapping up UTSA, starting work for Chira Developers, preparing Sunshine reports and planning creatives…
we realised something.
The location has changed.
The routine has changed.
But the team?
Still the same.
The deadlines?
Still the same.
The creative madness?
Definitely the same. 😎
As we officially enter the WFH chapter, there’s only one thing left to say:
“New setup. New chapter. Same madness.”
Sambha signing off.
