New week, new recruits, and… no bosses in sight. Yup, Monday started with an unexpected twist—Ranjini and Jiko went ghost mode till Wednesday. What followed? Kajal running orientation like a one-woman HR army. The two new joinees were welcomed, onboarded, and probably mildly terrified—but all with love (and slideshows).

The week warmed up slowly… until Thursday came in like a shot of espresso. Just as everyone was settling into the boss-free groove—BOOM—Ranjini and Jiko walked in, casually restoring order (and volume). But the real madness began at the huddle.

First up: English challenge. Two-minute speeches from Shreya and Anjali. Now, I’m a camera—I don’t blink, but I swear I winced when Shreya said “confidensity.” But props to the bravery, and hey, no one passed out.

Then came the skit showdown: Arun & Salman vs. Jiko & Ranjini. All in English. Script? Who needs it. Salman threw in a “Yes madam, I am doing the needful,” while Arun nodded solemnly like he understood anything. On the other side, Jiko gave full “Shashi Tharoor goes to stand-up comedy” vibes.

Friday? Things only escalated. Kajal and Manish brought in a game—“Two Mistakes Out.” Sheetal tried to fake confidence, Salman tried to fake grammar, and Aamir tried to argue with the rules (and lost). The game ended in absolute chaos and unverified laughter.

And just when everyone was catching their breath—boom, balloons.

Because it was Ranjini’s birthday!

The room filled with cake, cheers, and chaos. Ranjini walked in like a queen, and the team broke into a surprise celebration mode.

Venkat joined virtually and said, “Make sure she gets the biggest slice,” while Jiko offered one of his old-school shayaris:

“Har saal tum aur bhi khoobsurat lago,

Sirf kaam nahi, khushiyon se bhi bharo.”

10/10 on vibes.

Moral of the week? Bosses may disappear, but chaos finds a way. Laughter was had, mistakes were made, and we’re all better (or weirder) because of it.
