This week at the JV office felt like a proper Bollywood scene—slightly quiet, a little chaotic, yet full of its own drama. Without Shree and Mannat, the office felt unusually empty. You know that feeling when key characters are missing and the whole vibe just drops? Exactly that. Everything was running, but something felt incomplete.
And then came the grand entry… the rain. Not just any rain—this was full-on dramatic, movie-style rain. From Wednesday onwards, it poured so heavily that everyone decided it was time to switch locations. And just like that—Work From Home mode: ON. Because of course, work must go on… but so should enjoying the rain. 
I stayed back managing things from the office—“main apni duty pe hoon” energy. But thanks to our unbeatable gossip network, I was still fully updated on everything happening remotely.
Anjali was juggling Sunshine and Tressez like a pro—handling reports, blogs, and rankings all at once. Her dialogue of the week? “Why are these keywords not ranking?” Between managing SEO and editing blogs, she even picked up a bit of coding with guidance from Manish—a true level-up moment.
Kajal, on the other hand, was deep into preparing the Sunshine report while also writing content for Azara. And just when things seemed under control—plot twist! Precision work entered the scene. Still, she handled everything seamlessly with a clear “I’ve got this” vibe.
Anoop stayed in his own zone—calm, composed, and smoothly wrapping up JCR work. The kind of person who remains unbothered, no matter the chaos around him. Meanwhile, Sheetal was fully immersed in designing the JV mockup while also creating Independence Day creatives for UTSA, like one of those montage scenes where everything flows effortlessly with soft background music.
The takeaway from this week? Whether it’s office or work from home—work never really stops, only the setting changes. From desks to beds, from meetings to chai breaks, from deadlines to downpours—everything blended into one memorable week.
And yes, without Shree and Mannat, it definitely felt like an interval moment… but no worries—“once the full team is back, the film will turn into a blockbuster again.”
